Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, or public holidays due to higher order volumes.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing your shipment details.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 Business Days

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, MTR Traders may offer promotional campaigns that include free shipping. Such promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and may be subject to minimum order values or other conditions.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp whenever available.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our customer support team and we will gladly assist you.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.

Please ensure that the following details are correct:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • City
  • Contact Number

MTR Traders cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • the provided phone number is unreachable,
  • the address is incomplete or incorrect,

the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to ensure that the payment amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid inconvenience.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

These may include:

  • Courier network disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Political unrest
  • National emergencies
  • Customs or regulatory inspections (where applicable)

We appreciate your patience should such situations arise.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product

Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
